Hollie is a 20-year publicity professional whose credentials include executive roles at agencies of all sizes, from leading global players to challenger agencies, including Y&R, Lowe and Digitas.  

Hollie's depth of knowledge extends into advertising/new-business expertise, having managed a number of high-level RFP processes for advertising brands and agencies alike.

Matt Van Hoven, Co-Founder

Matt is a former advertising industry editor and reporter, gone content strategist, who's worked with leading content outfits like Buzzfeed, Mashable, Digiday and AgencySpy.

He's lead communications outreach as PR director for MDC's Skinny and led a partnership between Vayner Media and Buzzfeed before moving to Nashville to start Raven.

Betsy Hindman,


VP, Content Marketing and Paid Media

Having spent the first part of her career in B2B sales, sales training and implementing national retail campaigns for major brands such as Disney, Betsy made the switch to inbound marketing in her work for local content marketing agency Parthenon Publishing working on their Blue Cross Blue Shield initiatives. Having drank the kool aid on the importance of content and social media amplification, Betsy launched two ecommerce sites, one of which is still out there setting the standard for content + commerce in the knitting world.

Caitlin spent the first five years of her career as an advertising account executive, serving a number of brands as they worked to activate their consumer bases. She has managed client media and production, with an emphasis on brand social media development and growth, and brings serious copy-writing chops to her work.
